
In 2009 Spasko Mitreski decided to leave the restaurant industry to pursue his dream: to make delicious, locally sourced ice cream available to all. His passion for ice cream has taken him on a journey of discovery with many celebrated chefs. Through hard work (and lots of ice cream tasting!) he created a product to be proud of. He decided to call the company Opera Ice Cream as his wife is an opera singer and they have gone on to serve ice cream uniquely accompanied by live opera at events far and wide.
