Kew Fete 2012 – Application for donation

Kew Fete is a local event run by volunteers. Following the success of our first two Midsummer Fetes, held on Kew Green (London Borough of Richmond upon Thames) in June 2010 and 2011, we will be holding another Midsummer Fete on 16th June 2012.

The Kew Fete has as its main aims:

• To provide a great day of family fun and entertainment;
• To bring together all local community players;
• To donate the money raised to local charities.

In 2011, we donated a total of £12,500, divided between seven local charities – Small Steps, The Kew Neighbourhood Association, Kew Youth Club, SPEAR, Kew Community Trust, Integrated Neurological Services (INS) and the Orange Tree Theatre.

For 2012, we are asking eligible local charities to apply for a donation. In order to apply you must be a LOCAL charity – the nearer to Kew the better! You must also complete the application form below and return to the Kew Fete Committee, c/o 22 Cumberland Road, Kew, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 3HQ by Monday 4 June 2012.
